Do you offer any discounts?
Group Discount - On Friday evenings only we offer a 10% group discount on groups of 25 or more. You
must arrive with 25 people or more to receive this discount.
Coupons - There will be a $1.00 off coupon located in our web site Posted October 1st. This coupon is
good for Friday and Sundays only. You must have one coupon per person.
Opening Night - Our opening night is set for Friday, October 5, and the
Haunted Hay Ride to Open October 12th 2007.
When is the first hayride of the night?
The first hayride of the night is at approximately 7pm. It is recommended that you arrive approximately
30 minutes prior to your hayride time.
When is the last hayride of the night?
The last hayride of the night can leave any time between 9pm and 11pm, depending upon the weather
and how busy we are.
How long will it take to do everything?
Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Anticipate 3 hours on any Friday or Saturday.
I have a reservation; do I still have to wait in line?
Unfortunately, yes.
Why do I need to make reservations in advance?
Making a reservation secures you a space on whatever night you would like to come. Without a
reservation, we cannot guarantee you will be able to get in.
How many people fit on a hayride?
Approximately 30-35.
What happens in cases of inclement weather?
In the event that Fright Fest closes due to rain, the decision will be made at approximately 5pm.
If hayrides are canceled due to inclement weather, will the haunted house still open?
Yes, we will close our out side attraction facility for the evening.
How can I find out if you are closed due to inclement weather?
A closing announcement will be posted on our website and our phone system.
If I leave through an emergency exit, can I get a refund?
No. If you decide to exit any attraction early we will not grant a refund or re-entry.
Do you have any chainsaws or clowns at your attraction?
Yes.
Do the actors touch you?
NO, the actors will NOT touch you. They will get very close to you, but they will not touch you.
Can I take pictures?
No, we do not allow photography on property.
Can I go through the attractions more than once?
No, your ticket is good for one admittance to each attraction.
Do you serve alcohol?
No, we do not serve alcohol or permit alcohol on the property.
Are there any restrictions on attending?
Our attraction is NOT recommended for women who are in late stages of pregnancy, those with heart
problems or prone to seizures. Strobe lights and fog are in use throughout the attraction.
We do not recommend our attraction for children 8 and under. Due to the fright factor, children 5 and
under are not allowed on our evening hayrides, in the corn maze or the haunted houses. Be advised
that while the haunted houses have emergency exits, there are no such exits on the hayride or in the
corn maze. Children age 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
In addition, Cooperstown Fun Park & Fright Fest reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from
property anyone behaving in a violent or disruptive manner or under the influence of drugs and/or
alcohol. NO refunds will be given.
