Parent’s Night Out and Drop ‘n’ Shop Policies
Eligibility
Any child between the ages of 4 and 11 is eligible to enroll for a
Parent’s Night Out or Drop ‘n’ Shop session. All enrolled children
MUST be potty trained.
Registration(Membership)
Reservations must be made in order to leave your child for a Parent’
s Night Out or Drop ‘n’ Shop session. There is only room for 20
children per session. Reservations can be made by calling Kid’s Fun
Zone during normal business hours. Reservations are requires day
in advance to ensure adequate staffing.
Each child must have registration-membership forms on file with
Kid’s Fun Zone to participate in any Parent’s Night Out or Drop ‘n’
Shop session. Parents may arrive 15 minutes early to any session to
complete the proper registration-membership.
Drop-In Policy
A “drop-in” is any child who does not have a reservation for a
session. If there is adequate staffing and openings in a session you
may “drop-in” and register your child the day of the session. Drop-
in’s are on a first come, first serve basis and are not always
available. There is a limit of 1 drop per child per month.
Late Fees
Children staying late will be supervised, however a late fee will be
enforced. If you know you are going to be more than 15 minutes
late, please call the Fun Zone at (315) 732-9663. The late fee
policy is strictly enforced.
For each 15 minutes over, there is a $15.00 fee per child. All late
fees are due at the time of pick up.
Play Clothes
Please have children dress in clothing that may become soiled due
to hands-on activities. Please make sure children are always
dressed appropriately for any situation. For safety, children must
wear/ bring socks and sneakers (in order to play on the indoor
playground, children need to have socks on). No flip-flops, Crocs,
or Heelys (“roller shoes”) allowed.
Safety of Your Child
Any person designated to pick up your child must be on file with Kid’
s Fun Zone. Also, please inform the Kid’s Fun Zone staff of any
persons NOT permitted to pick up your child. It is mandatory for all
persons picking up your child to show proper identification no
matter the situation. If you are unable to pick up your child, please
notify Kid’s Fun Zone immediately with verbal authorization allowing
your child to go home with someone else. The safety of your child is
our highest priority!!
